- Application form
- Resume
- Diploma or proof of graduation from your last school
(A certificate of student registration required for current student, in addition to the diploma from the previous school)
- 5 photographs (4x3cm taken within the last 3 months)
- A photocopy of your passport (including all the pages of all previous entries into Japan)
- The form “Statement of Financial Support”
(Handwritten by the financial supporter in his/her mother tongue, and must include an English or Japanese translation.)
- Proof of relationship of the financial supporter and the applicant (family register, birth certificate, etc.)
- An account balance statement from the financial supporter's bank account in his/her home country
(balance must be over 3,000,000yen at the current exchange rate)
- The application fee (20,000yen must be paid when subimitting your application form.
